Business Professionals
I was fortunate enough this week to be invited to present to a group of local business professionals. The end result was a fabulous set of referrals and new business. While I anticipated that some would like my presentation and my work, there was another factor I did not consider: spillover.
- Several members went out of their way to tell me what a great presentation I had done.
- The businesses who had previously hired me gave me “shout outs” at the meeting.
- Others sent me Instant Messages complimenting my presentation.
- Some commented to me on facebook. Others even brought it up at a subsequent business networking function later in the week.
Dear BNI, local Chamber of Commerce, and SWOMI members, thank you, all. I appreciate the chance to present and the “aftermath” of the presentation.
